This is a website designed to sell automotive aftermarket and performance parts and should not be used by people not autherized to operate a motor vehical and agreeing to abid by all applicable laws and regulations.

Advertising or Raffling Items for Other people or Companies
SilosToyBox.com will raffle off Items for other people or companies, but all items and terms must be preapproved by managmant first. We charge 10% of the retail price or total amount expected to be collected before the raffle closes. This fee must be paid up front before the raffle is listed. This fee is charged no matter how long it takes to fill that raffle. All raffles will run until the total number or entries are filled. All raffles are for a item similiar to the item listed. Exact items may not be available at the time the drawings are done and with this in mind we give the winner the choice to locate or find a similiar item and the winner has the funds up the retail amount listed in each raffle for all charges of there chosen item. If the raffle says sponsored by XXXX company then it will list the winner of that raffle and he/she can choose a item from XXXX company up to the retail amount listed. Sponsored raffles can have advertising required listed. This means the winner will be obligated to post some form of advertising received on the listed vehical before the prize may be obtained. Pricing and Liabilties
All prices are subject to change. All prices listed on web site and in National advertising are believed to be correct, but we can not be responsible for typographical or other errors or price changes due to increased costs from suppliers. Please confirm prices are correct when ordering either by email or online. Suggested retail prices used for a guideline or a base to set raffles at. Retail prices listed are based on listed retail prices for the item at the time the raffle was created and we at SilosToyBox.com will not be held responsable for any changes in the retail prices. Retail prices are rounded up to make it easier to raffle and exact amount of tickets including any shipping charges. This makes it easier for the winner to choose the item he.she wishes and will help cover the shipping. No amount above the listed retail prices listed for any single raffle will be paid and any amount not used for the listed item plus shipping under the amount of the listed retail price will be used for advertising purposes and/or may be used for future raffles at managments discreation. Any raffles not claimed by the winner within 90 days, this includes the winner not letting SilosToyBox.com know what item and whom to order it from within 90 days will forfiet there winnings and that raffle will now become a sponsored raffle by SiloStoyBox.com and will be listed as so. The winner of any sposored raffles will agree to post advertising on there vehical for a period of no shorter than 12 months in order to claim there winnings. All advertising stickers or signs will be included in the raffle, in the event the winner sells the vehical the advertising is on It will the winners responasibility to abtain new advertising with like kind and quality as the original to post on the new vehical for the remainer of the 12 months. In the event a winner removes the advertisment and does not post it on a new vehical. The winner will be required to reimburse the sponsor for the full retail amount of the listed raffle. Silos Toy Box.com nor any of it's parent or affilites will be responsible for any modifications anyone does there vehicals. It's is the owner of the vehical and or the shop that does the install to be aware of the local laws in there areas. Some items may only be used off road or any a track and not on public roads. All raffles have no cash value for entries.
All orders are shipped by UPS ground service. All web orders are shipped ground. Normal ground service for products in stock is 1-5 days depending on location shipping to. Any items ordered directly from outside venders, manufactures or distributors have there own form of shipping and it is the customers responsability to be aware of what shipping methods they have.
No orders will be taken via the web site for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other countries. All orders from these areas are taken by email only. This includes entry fees to any raffles. All entries from outside the Lower 48 states of the United States will have to pay entries by check or credit card. No refunds are allowed for raffles, before, during or after any raffle. Once you submit your entry fee, you are obligated to keep that entry in that raffle until it fills and the drawning is complete. There is no guarntee any single person will win, obtain or has any advantage over any other single person. This is a raffle and there will be one winner per raffle. Your odds of winner are based on the number of entries allowed and the number of entries you purchase.
No International orders allowed. If you are out of the country of the United States and would like to enter a raffle you must use a check or cashiers check from a bank located within the United States or use the payment method of paypal. If you are entering any raffle outside the United States you must be aware if you win items shipped outside the United States have a much higher cost and SilosToyBox.com will only cover any cost in the event you win up the the amount allowed by each raffle. This includes all shipping costs, duties, taxes and any fees are responsibility of the customer. No international credit cards will be accepted.
COD orders are not allowed. All orders would have to be prepaid including the shipping charges in full before any items are shipped.
On large items such as hoods and body parts, they will be shipped by truck freight. Truck freight charges will not show up on internet orders. The price of the shipping will be added to the invoice and an email will be sent with the correct total.
When ordering the winner of any single raffles parts if the part is back ordered from the vender we will notify customer by email or phone of any back ordered parts. If some of the items ordered are not in stock, we will not be responsible for venders or manufactures shipping what is in stock and back order the rest. Once the back ordered parts is it the winner of that single raffle to be in contact with the loaction the part was ordered from to find out when the items will be shipped and any additional shipping cost will be the winners responability.
Silo's Toy Box accepts Debit, Credit Cards and Paypal Accounts using Paypal. Any order paid by a credit card will only ship to the address listed as the billing address of the credit card. All credit card orders will be verified with the credit card issuing bank. This is a raffle site and by making payment into any raffle you understand this only give you a chance to win that single raffle. No gauranteed product is delivered or implied unless you are the winner of that raffle. You may enter mutiple raffles but seperate entry fees are required.
We will also accept personal and company checks, the entries will not be noted or entered until the check is cleared, which takes 10-14 working days. COD’s are not accepted.
All Part(s) are sold "AS IS". The only warranties applying to the part (s) are those which may be offered by the manufacturer(s). Silo's Toy Box disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the part (s) and/or service. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer and consequential damages, damages to property, damage for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or income or any other incidental damages. In addition, expressly excluded in any dealer liability for defects pertaining to safety or performance, by way of "strict liability", negligence or otherwise.
All parts listed on web site or any advertising are for off road purposes only unless listed as emissions legal. Silo's Toy Box recommends that vehicles equipped with parts designated "for off road use only" not be operated on the public roads and offer these parts for track use, off highway competitive and performance use and are purchased product only and all liabilities fall onto the installer. Silo's Toy Box allways recommends consulting a professional auto parts installer before purchasing anything listed on SilosToyBox.com.
All returns are the resposability of the customer in contact with the direct manufacture or vender. No items will be accepted returned directly back to Silos Toy Box.com also it is the responsibility of the customer to pay shipping costs, unless prior arrangements have been made with the management. If products are returned for credit, credit will only be given on the amount of the product purchased. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days. NO returns will be accepted on Electrical parts. No returns will be accepted on parts incorrectly installed by customer or customers mechanic and have been damaged. No Returns will be accepted for parts that have been installed. No returns will be accepted on parts that are not in there original package and that are not in resalable condition. No returns will be accepted on boxes that have been written on or have greasy finger prints all over box. This is a basic policy for returns in when dealing with most manufactures and it is the customers responsability to find out directly from the manufacture or vender there parts are ordered from on what there return policies are.
All photos, images, logos and descriptive text on the web site or print advertising are the sole property of Silos Toy Box.com, with the exceptions of the photos and logos used by other manufacturers and used with there permission. Written permission must be granted for any use of the photos, logos and text for personal or company use. Any person found to be using our photos, logos or text without written permission will be charged for such use, amount determined by Silo's Toy Box management. By emailing us or submitting a photo to SilosToyBox.com you are thereby giving us the right to post or show that photo for a unlimited amount of time in any advertising.
